Today
the factory is owned and operated in the fourth generation by the pianomaker
Wolfgang Förster and his daughter Annekatrin.
At the present time, AUGUST FOERSTER has a staff
of forty employees who produce approximately 120 grand pianos and 150 upright
pianos per year. The handcrafted nature of the production allows for a large
selection of styles, veneers, and finishes that will fulfill almost every
individual customer's wishes.
